3. Audio Data
Audio recordings you submit are processed by third-party AI services (OpenAI Whisper for transcription, Anthropic Claude for feedback) solely for the purpose of generating your speaking assessment. Recordings are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 storage.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers who assist us in operating the Service (hosting, AI processing, storage)
- Teachers — if you are a student, your teacher can view your submissions and scores
- Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
